Companions Expansion (1st Ed)

This expansion introduces dogs, familiars and mercenaries (Already included in the Queen tier).

Dogs are not as strong as the other heroes but can still be of good use if you are playing an undermanned party.

Familiars will boost your Wizards and offer a variety of boons.

The mercenaries are pre-made, simplified characters that can be used if you play as a single player and want to reduce the amount of bookkeeping. There are 16 named mercenaries with various professions and skills (and oddities), and also a set of generic unnamed mercenaries to cover all professions. To make them really quick and easy to use, they will have their own cards just like the monsters.

This expansion contains 40 new cards and 1 expansion rulebook.
